I'm Stefan Kujundzic, and I'm on a mission to kill meaningless Agile. The kind where you implemented all the trendy processes and still not delivering anything of real value.
Yeah, I've seen it too many times. That's why I started Common Sense Agile Consultancy.
My journey started as a Scrum Master at Robert Bosch, where I got to see firsthand the power of Agile – and also the ways it can go wrong. That sparked a passion in me for organizational agility and organizational transformations outside of frameworks.
Since then, I've been in the trenches, leading and working on the agile transformations across different industries – from IT to tobacco, manufacturing, and banking – and I've learned one thing:
Agile should be about results, not rituals.
It's about building high-performing teams focused on value delivery, not just following a process and ticking of the output checklists. All while, creating healthier working environments.
